Portional Diabetic Gangrene of the Third Toe (Vesicular Form)
(C.V., f., 53 ani / years old)
 Clinical Manifestations: patient with a long-standing insulinodependent diabetes, presented with a vesicular suppuration of the distal phalanx of the left third toe.
Clinic: o veche diabetică insulinodependentă dezvoltă o supurație cu aspect flictenular la nivelul falangei distale a degetului III picior stâng.
 Operation: nail extraction, excision of the vesicle.
Operația: extracția unghiei și excizia flictenei.
